The Incredible Years® Small Group Dinosaur Programme (Child Therapy) Comprehensive
18 Weekly sessions | 1.5 hours per session
Parents or caregivers and children aged 5 to 8 years with behaviour challenges. A ‘Certificate of Attendance’ will be presented to participants who complete the programme

The Incredible Years® Small Group Dinosaur (Child Therapy) curriculum is for children with social, conduct problems, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and internalising problems. It is delivered in 1.5-hour weekly fun and engaging small group sessions (3 – 4 children per group) over 18 weeks. Through highly interactive activities, children will be coached in social and emotion regulation skills, as well as life skills like problem solving and decision making skills.
Parents will attend The Incredible Years® Parenting Programme concurrently to learn to support their child through the curriculum. The programme guides parents in using positive discipline to manage misbehaviour and reduce harsh discipline, fostering your ability to promote your child’s social, emotional and academic development, and strengthening parent-child interactions and attachment.
